Overview:

Our Flow Control Trainer is designed for demonstration the measurement and control of water flow in a process line. This trainer simulates a typical Flow Control Loop found in various industries such as Oil & Gas, Food Production, Chemical Manufacturing etc. This trainer provides an excellent platform for getting hands on experience in all aspects of liquid flow measurement and control using microprocessor based PID controller. The design consists of industrial grade process equipment to exhibit a realistic working environment of a standard industrial process of flow control.

The Differential Pressure Transmitter connected to Orifice assembly in process line senses the flow of water and gives the signal to the controller. The controller on receiving the flow readings and according to provided set point gives the required output to I/P controller which further varies the flow of water by adjusting the pneumatic valve opening. All this operations are done through a customized SCADA software provided with the trainer.
