In Ratio Control mode user needs to set the water flow rate in first process line using rotameter. The DPT fitted in first process line senses the flow of water and provide the reading to the ratio controller. This controller converts the received flow readings according to provided set point of ratio and further the DPT in second process line maintains the required flow ratio in second process line by varying the flow of water by adjusting the pneumatic valve opening with the help of I/P converter. All this operations are done through a customized SCADA Software provided with the trainer. In Feed Forward mode the controller responds to the disturbances immediately before the process value is affected and the final correction is done by the PID Controller.
