Overview:

Our Pressure Control Trainer is designed to demonstrate the user basic principles of Pressure Control Loop. This trainer simulates a typical control process of air pressure in a tank. This trainer provides an excellent platform for getting hands on experience in all aspects of pressure control using microprocessor based PID controller. The design consists of industrial grade process equipment to exhibit a realistic working environment of a standard industrial process.

Process Description:

The Pressure Transmitter senses the air pressure inside process tank and gives the signal to the controller. The controller on receiving the pressure signal and according to provided set point gives the required output to I/P controller which further varies the tank pressure by adjusting the pneumatic valve opening connected to the vent line of process tank. All this operations are done through a customized SCADA Software provided with the trainer.
